Is everything on the website in stock and ready to ship? Yes! Aloha makes every effort to keep items in stock. However, some products may be oversold after an order has been placed. It is rare, but it may happen. If it does, you will be notified of a new ship date immediately.
Can I purchase product if it says "out of stock"? Unfortunately our website will not let you purchase directly an "out of stock" item, however, if you are interested in a specific item, continue to check the website periodically and/or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to find out when the product will become available.

Can I return a snowboard that I have already tried out on the mountain? Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on a used snowboard, however, if there is a manufacturer's defect we will address the situation immediately.
Can I return apparel or accessories that I have purchased on-line? Yes you can return apparel and accessories within 30 days for a full refund (excluding sale items), as long as they have never been used, still contain the original tags, and are in perfect selling condition. Please know you must email us at: email@example.com OR call us at 925-606-0800 to obtain an Return Authorization Number.
Can I return "sale" items? No, all sales are final and they cannot be returned.
What size board do I choose? Well, there really isn't a "perfect size", it all depends on how you want the snowboard to perform. The rule of thumb is to pick a snowboard that is going to land somewhere between your chin and nose. Expert riders tend to buy snowboards that are on the longer side, whereas beginner/intermediate are more comfortable with something closer to their chin.
How do I choose the right boot size? Snowboard boots typically use traditional U.S. number sizing, but the boots can vary by manufacturer. Basically, your snowboard boots should fit like any other boot that you have in the house, but snug with some toe movement and a solid heel hold. In time, as you 'break in' the padding within the boot, you may find a small increase in space. This is why it is important that a boot fit snug both as it relates to the toe movement as well as to the heel hold.
How do I choose the right helmet size? First, start by measuring your head. Most calculations are done in centimeters so break out the metric tape measure! Once you have found your size, check the helmet manufacturer's details. Each brand has a different helmet size range, make sure to check the sizing details we have listed within each product on our website.
What are the differences between All Mountain and Park boards? All Mountain boards perform anywhere on a mountain; groomed runs, backcountry, even park and pipe. All Mountain boards may be directional (meaning downhill only) or twin tips (for riding switch, meaning either direction). All Mountain boards are good for beginners who are still learning what terrain they like.
Park Snowboards are light, short, flexible snowboards with twin tips that excel when grinding rails, jibbing boxes or hitting jumps, spins and tricks. They are good for riders who want to push their limits in terrain parks.
Does Aloha have a patent on the H-tech snowboards? YES! We are super excited to have an official patent! Patent No. 9,744,430.
What is your warranty on snowboards? Aloha Products warrants snowboards made by Aloha to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product. If a product is found to be defective by Aloha, in its sole discretion, Aloha's only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Aloha will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product. The warranty applies only to Aloha Products purchased directly from our website or 3rd party store and is valid for the original purchaser only. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following: Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect; Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings; Damage caused from chairlift breakage; Normal wear and tear; Damage caused by use of solvents or adhesives; Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the board. Repaired items will be subject to available parts, we will do our best to match colors and styles but cannot guarantee it is the exact product. ALL warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
