Shipping & Returns
We currently ship online orders only to locations inside the United States (with the exception of Alaska). Your order will be processed within 48 hours and we will ship standard ground 3-6 business days. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the next day.

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, item must be in original condition and tags/labels must still be attached. You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
If you need to return an item, please email us requesting a Return Authorization Number at email@example.com OR call us at 925-606-0800. Please be sure to have your order number ready.
Once you have received a Return Authoization Number, please box it up, write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of box and send via the courier of your choice. (We recommend purchasing tracking information to help expedite return claims). Return shipping is not pre-paid; you are responsible for paying shipping charges to return products to us.
